- Learn the basics of building agents in Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat using templates.
- Explore Copilot Studio to create conversational agents from natural-language inputs.
- Understand how to provide your agents with knowledge sources so they can respond with relevant information.
- Experiment with tools and agent flows to see how agents can be shaped for different scenarios.
- Work with autonomous triggers to understand how agents can act based on events.

This workshop is designed to be practical and approachable. Everything is delivered at a high level and within the provided lab environment.
You will not need to deploy agents into your systems, integrate external tools, or write code. The focus is on learning concepts, trying examples, and understanding business applications.

- 2 screens so that you can watch the video and do the labs side-by-side (ideal, but not essential)
- Access to a Microsoft 365 environment (trial tenants are available if you do not have one)
- A willingness to explore and get hands-on
